Ron Pepin is an experienced digital leader with more than 30 years in the field. He previously headed an independent digital team at WM, served as CIO for Otis North and South America, and oversaw global application development at Otis. In his role as Director of Global Applications, he was responsible for Otis’s Global Development Centers.

Ron excels in building high-performing development teams, business process re-engineering, technology strategy, and project management. He holds a master’s degree in systems design and management from MIT and has three U.S. patents. Driven by a passion for innovation, Ron consistently delivers measurable business outcomes.
