The Annual Operating Plan (AOP) or Budgeting for a GCC is a significant opportunity for the GCC to align their strategic priorities within an Enterprise. While this opportunity exists, many GCCs and their Enterprises tend to make it a purely budget and headcount driven conversation which may be limiting the potential of the GCC in making its strategic impact.
